This website provides general information about Praxis Behavior and is not medical, behavioral health, or clinical advice. Using this website does not create a provider-client relationship. If you have an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Praxis Behavior website and any online features we provide (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

“Praxis Behavior,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Praxis Behavior and its affiliated entities, if any. Our services may include applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy and related behavioral health services, subject to applicable licensure, clinical protocols, and service agreements.

2. Informational Use Only; No Clinical Advice

  • Not clinical advice. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment, diagnosis, treatment, or care.
  • No provider-client relationship. Using the Site, submitting a form, or communicating with us through the Site does not establish a provider-client relationship. Any clinical services require completion of intake steps and execution of appropriate service documentation.
  • Emergency situations. The Site is not intended for emergency communications. If you believe you or someone else may be in danger, call 911 immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of a minor or another person, you represent that you have authority to do so and accept these Terms on their behalf.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site (including by introducing malware or excessive automated requests).
  • Copy, scrape, or harvest content or data from the Site without our prior written permission (except as allowed by law).
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

5. Communications and Form Submissions

If you contact us or submit a form, you agree to provide accurate, current information. Do not submit sensitive personal information (including health information) through general website forms unless the form expressly indicates it is designed and secured for that purpose.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Where these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict, the Privacy Policy controls regarding privacy and data handling.

13. Governing Law and Venue (North Carolina)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
